Every Gracie strap and key fob cover is handcrafted to order in our atelier in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), Vietnam, and ships directly to you with tracking. Here's exactly what to expect, from the moment you order to the day it arrives.

Processing time

Processing time is the time we need to make and prepare your order before it ships. It does not include weekends or public holidays.

Our leather goods are cut, stitched and finished by hand in our Saigon atelier. Every piece is inspected at our bench before it ships directly to you. If your order contains several items, it ships once all items are ready, unless you ask us to send them separately.

Delivery time

Once your order ships from Saigon, it typically arrives within 8–15 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Shipping area

We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, all European Union countries, Canada and Australia.

Customs, duties & taxes

Orders are shipped internationally from Vietnam. Import duties, VAT or other local taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and may be collected by the carrier on delivery.

Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our atelier.

Delivery issues

• Address changes: please email us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to update your shipping address.
• Delayed or missing parcels: if your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your parcel hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier.
• Damaged on arrival: see our refund policy — we'll make it right.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help — ready-made orders come with 30-day returns.

Return window & eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This applies to watch straps and key fob covers ordered as shown, with standard options.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unused and unworn, in the same condition you received them;
• returned with any tags, accessories and original packaging (including strap boxes, pouches and smart tags).

Personalized & custom leather items

Personalized and custom-made pieces — engraved items, custom-logo key fob covers, custom sizes and “Make it yours” builds — are made only for you, so they can’t be returned for a change of mind. If anything is wrong because of our workmanship, or it doesn’t match the details you confirmed with us by email, we’ll remake it free of charge or refund you in full.

How to start a return

1. Email support@shopgracieusa.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back by mail with a trackable shipping method.
4. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you to confirm your refund.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can match your return to your order.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post the credit.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopgracieusa.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size, colour or style is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Changes & cancellations

Because leather items are made to order, you can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us. After that, the item may already be in production, but ready-made items can still be returned under this policy once they arrive.
