Orders & shipping
How long will my order take?
Leather watch straps and key fob covers are handcrafted to order and processed within 5–10 business days. Clothing and accessories are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped from our U.S. warehouse, orders arrive within 3–5 business days.
How much is shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $85 or more. Orders under $85 ship for a flat rate of $4.95.
Where are your leather goods made?
Our watch straps and key fob covers are cut, stitched and finished by hand by our partner leatherworkers in Vietnam. Every piece is then sent to our U.S. warehouse and inspected before it ships to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — we currently ship within the United States only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of purchase. Email us at support@shopgracieusa.com with your order number as soon as possible.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original condition and packaging. See our refund policy for full details.
Can I return a personalized or custom item?
Yes. Personalized and custom leather items are covered by the same 30-day return policy, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.
Watch straps
How do I find my strap size?
Measure the gap between your watch lugs in millimetres — that's your lug width. Then choose a strap length that suits your wrist. Our strap size guide walks you through it step by step.
What leathers do you offer?
Calfskins such as Epsom, Swift, Togo, Buttero and Pueblo, plus exotic leathers including alligator, ostrich, lizard, stingray, shark and sea snake. Each product page names the exact leather and lining. Read our exotic leather guide to compare them.
Do the straps come with spring bars?
Yes — our straps come with quick-release spring bars, so you can change straps in seconds without tools.
Buckle or butterfly clasp?
A pin buckle is classic and easy to adjust. A butterfly (deployant) clasp means the leather isn't bent through a buckle every day, which helps exotic leathers last longer. Many straps let you choose your closure on the product page.
Key fob covers
Will the cover fit my key?
Each cover is made for a specific smart key shape. Compare your key with the key photo on the product page, or email us a photo of your key and we'll confirm the right cover before you order. Our key fit guide explains what to check.
Can I add my name or logo?
Yes. Many covers can be engraved with a name or initials, and some can be made with your own logo. We'll confirm the layout with you before production.
Are your covers made by the car brands?
No. Our key fob covers are aftermarket accessories made by Gracie USA. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer; brand names are used only to describe compatibility.
Leather care
How do I care for my leather strap?
Keep it dry, wipe it with a soft cloth and let it air out after warm days. Condition smooth leathers sparingly every few months. Our care guide has the details.
Will my strap change colour over time?
Vegetable-tanned and hand-dyed patina leathers naturally deepen in colour and develop a soft sheen with wear and sunlight — that's part of their character. Embossed leathers like Epsom keep their look the longest.
Can I wear a leather strap in water?
We don't recommend it. Remove leather straps before swimming, showering or washing dishes, and let them dry naturally if they get wet.
