What leathers do you use?
Calfskins such as Epsom, Swift, Togo, Buttero and Pueblo, plus exotic leathers including alligator, ostrich, lizard, stingray, shark and sea snake. Each listing names the exact leather and lining.
How do I choose the right strap size?
Measure the gap between your watch lugs in millimetres and choose the matching width. Our journal has a full size guide — or email us your watch model and we'll help.
Will the key fob cover fit my key?
Each cover is made for a specific smart key shape. Compare your key with the photo on the listing, or send us a picture and we'll confirm before you order.
How long will my order take?
Leather and custom items are processed within 5–10 business days, then delivered within 3–5 business days in the U.S. with tracking.
What is your return policy?
