We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.
Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
How to start a return Email us at support@shopgracieusa.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you instructions and a return address.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopgracieusa.com — we'll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the size or color you need is to return the original item and place a new order.
