We accept returns for store credit. Any concerns or reports of defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. For returns, please read and follow the instructions below:

It's really important to us that you love your purchase from Shop Gracie. If you purchase an item that you are not satisfied with, doesn't fit or doesn't suit, we offer store credit for you to purchase an alternative product online.

We accept returns within 10 days after delivery (according to tracking information). 

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. Print and complete the required return form. Click here.
  2. Repackage your order, including with it the return form.
  3. Send the return package via your preferred shipping method to:

**Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. Once processed, a customer care representative will email a store credit code covering the full amount of the item(s). Credit does not cover any shipping fees.
